Tracks IT Consultancies was founded by a team with deep operating experience in energy, mining and construction. We saw the same pattern across hundreds of fleets — from EAME to Asia Pacific and the Americas — undercarriage and Ground Engaging Tools represent the single largest controllable cost line, and yet have the worst data. Owners pay for opinions instead of measurements, and dealers are structurally unable to give a bias-free answer.
We built Tracks IT to close that gap: a customer-led inspection model, a calibrated analytics platform, and reports that always end in a dollar figure your CFO can take to the bank.
