Terms of Service

Effective date: June 2026

By engaging Tracks IT Consultancy you agree to the following terms. These terms supplement any signed agreement between us. In the absence of a signed agreement, these terms govern your access to and use of the website and any Discovery Month engagement only. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed Master Services Agreement.

Services

We provide independent undercarriage and GET wear analytics, advisory, and platform access (UC Core, UC + GET, Full Consultancy). We do not sell parts and do not earn commission on parts purchases.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed per machine, per month, in USD, on Net 30 terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

Reports and recommendations are advisory. Operational decisions remain with the client. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
